Kitchener-Waterloo · Train for the next level
Non-contact, boxing-based performance training for hockey teams, competitive athletes, and organizations, designed and coached by 2× Canadian National Champion and former Team Canada athlete Kaitlyn Clark.

WHY BOXING FOR TEAM SPORT
Boxing develops movement, coordination, reaction, conditioning, and decision-making under pressure, giving hockey players a different off-ice stimulus that builds physical and mental skills for fast, demanding games.
Boxing challenges athletes to control their body while accelerating, decelerating, shifting weight, and changing direction. The goal is better movement, balance, and body awareness that athletes can take back to their sport.
Fast combinations, reaction drills, partner work, and hand-eye challenges develop coordination and the ability to execute precise movements while the body is working.
Short rounds of high-output work followed by controlled recovery create a conditioning challenge that competitive athletes understand immediately: perform hard, recover, and be ready to go again.
Boxing forces athletes to think while they're tired. Athletes learn to stay composed, execute technique, respond to information, and keep working when the pressure rises.
Every KCPC team program is 100% non-contact. We build better athletes, not fighters.
Team Performance
Give your athletes a different training stimulus. KCPC uses boxing footwork, reaction drills, coordination, pad work, and conditioning to build competitive, high-energy sessions for youth, junior, university, prep, and high-performance teams across Ontario.
A 60-minute non-contact boxing session focused on movement, reaction, coordination, conditioning, and competition. Ideal for in-season variety, pre-season training, or team development.
Multi-session performance blocks help teams move better, react faster, compete harder, and stay composed under pressure while building boxing fundamentals, conditioning, coordination, and confidence.
Progressive 4–8 week training helps athletes react faster, stay balanced through contact, recover between shifts, and make better decisions under pressure. Each session builds skills that carry into game situations.
Structured boxing, strength, conditioning, and performance programs delivered digitally — built for athletes who want a program, not a class.
